SURGICAL & CLINICAL EXPERIENCE
- Exposed and trained in all basic & advanced ENT - Head & Neck surgeries, as a Resident at Madras ENT Research Foundation, Chennai (2012 to 2015), for about 6 months as a Senior Registrar and then as Consultant ENT Surgeon at Madras ENT Research Foundation, Chennai (from January 2016 to December 2018)
- Well Trained & skilled to handle all emergency ENT interventions encountered both in adult and pediatric clinical practice. Trained to independently provide comprehensive patient care and make appropriate decisions for patient management, during Consultant practice at MERF, Chennai.
- Mentored by Padmashri Prof. Mohan Kameswaran for the past 6 years at Madras ENT Research Foundation, Chennai which is well recognized as one of the premier institute in South Asia and have gained first hand surgical experience in both basic and advanced Surgeries.
- Trained by the Pioneer Cochlear Implant Surgeon, Prof. Mohan Kameswaran, assisted over 500 Cochlear Implant Surgeries and 10 Auditory Brain Stem Implant Surgeries and performed over 50 Cochlear Implant Surgeries individually.
- Dr Amarnath had completed a visiting fellowship with Prof. Kishore SANDU in Lausanne, Switzerland for a period of about 3 months from (March to May 2017) during which he received first-hand exposure with hands-on training in management of complex airways.
- Good Exposure in Airway Management Procedures at Lausanne University Hospital, Lausanne, Switzerland under Dr. Kishore SANDU.

- Won First Prize in quiz competition in the II Annual Conference on Snoring and Sleep Apnea at Calicut February 2014 (IASSACON2014)
- Presented an Invited talk on A Simple, Economical Protocol for Drug Induced Sleep Endoscopy in Obstructive Sleep Apnoea Syndrome. at Hyderabad 2015 (IASSACON2015)
- Invited as a Faculty in Preconference Instructional Course of Paediatric Airway Management under Prof. E V Raman at IAOHNS 2017 (Armed Forces Medical College, Pune)
